ACCEPTANCE AND AVAILABILITY OF ITEMS/PRODUCTS

For example, if you make an order for a brand of flour and it is unavailable, at your request we could deliver a substitute brand of equivalent value and quality.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER(S)
You can cancel or change your order by email or phone before the goods are processed or shipped (at no charge to you). If your order has been processed or shipped prior to our receipt of your cancellation request, you may return the goods (unopened & in good condition) within 7 days for a refund less restocking charge (contact Customer Service for current value of this charge).
We will not be able to refund the shipping and handling cost incurred by this.

We are obliged under contract to deliver your to the main entrance of the delivery address. At your request and our driver’s discretion, our driver may carry your order into the delivery address, for example, to a particular floor in an apartment block or into your address only if:
Our driver has your permission and all risks is borne by yourself.
Our driver believes that it is safe and healthy and practically convenient to do as you requested.
That we always reserve the right to deliver only to the main entrance of the delivery address.
Our assigned delivery company follows the same delivery procedure listed above.
All goods must be signed for (and received) on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over.
If there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service.
Under these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the goods, a further charge may apply.
We will make every effort to deliver all your goods in the agreed time, we will not be liable if we fail to do so in part or in full due to circumstances beyond our control.
You will be liable for any parking charges incurred in delivering to your assigned address. It is your responsibility to ensure that necessary arrangements are made to ensure the delivery address is free from parking charges and fines. If we are unable to deliver your order(s) due to restrictions, you will incur charges.
ORDER DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times listed are estimates only. The delivery or pickup day will be agreed with you at the time of placing your order (for In-Store and Local delivery only).
We will however notify you when your order has been dispatched and/or provide you with a reference to track your order.

You can pay by Debit and Credit Cards. We use Paypal and do not keep your card details to minimise and eliminate the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure.
Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. You will only be charged when your order is prepared and ready for dispatch.
On the occasion where an item is not available, if payment was paid using Paypal, you will not be charged for the unavailable items.
We will not charge you for any incorrect, defective and goods which you have not received. You are only liable for the price of the goods correctly delivered plus the cost of delivery (when applicable).
Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

RETURNS OF PERISHABLE ITEMS
We expect that you will be happy with your purchase(s) as we will only ship good quality products to you.
If the quality of any perishable item is not satisfactory kindly contact our customer service by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt of your goods.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We will always strive to ensure that you are happy with your purchases as we will always/only ship good quality products to you.
However, should you feel it necessary to return any product, we aim to make the return process as simple as possible.
If the quality of your goods is unsatisfactory, you may return the goods to us, provided that you notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods.
You must inspect the goods and notify us of any complaint promptly by contacting our customer service.
If the quality of your non-perishable good(s) is found/considered unsatisfactory or below your anticipated standard/expectation, simply return them to the store, in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt and we will give you a refund for or replace the product(s).
We will accept returns of good quality non-perishable product that you no longer want subject to restocking charge. (contact our Customer Service unit for current value).
We are not liable for and will not refund the delivery cost of returning goods to us.
